Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Workmans comp. Doctors employers creditors

employer sent me to the ER because of sever pane that caused numbness in my legs. he gave me the WC # to give them. When I continued to the followup visit at the ocupational health after the second time there the doctor said that he can no longer see me. Workers comp canciled. Also I could not fill the procriptions at the pharmacy unless I payed cash

You need to immediately contact a qualified Workman's

comp attorney. If your injuries were job related and

occurred while the company was covered by insurance

they should be paying all medical bills as well as

reimbursing you for time lost from work. They

are trying to get out without having to pay what

they are legally obligated to pay. Please seek out

an attorney immediately or you may lose your right

to sue for medical expenses as well as pain and suffering.
