Legal Question in Business Law in Canada
Im a canadian wanting to buy a pool business in florida.I want to know the first step to take on doing this, Im spending around the 50,000 mark.Can this be done?

Yes it can be done. If you are operating the business in Florida you will need an Florida attorney to advise you the transaction and Florida business laws. If you plan on living in Florida you will also need to consult with a US immigration attorney on the laws applicable to non-US nationals living and working in the US.
