Will Ohio Extradite From Canada?
I have a few misdemeanor bench warrants from skipping court. I was just wondering if the state of Ohio will extradite me from Canada? Or even from any other states in the US, such as California, NY, Texas...? When I go to Canada will they know about my bench warrants? What is my best option, besides to turn myself in? Thanks

What I usually do is to review the docket and the charges, make a call to the prosecutor, and arrange for a re-setting of the bond with the court. Misdemeanor warrants are not effective outside state lines, however.
