How to request serving sentence on weekends
An employee of our company will be prosecuted for drunk-driving. He is an integral part of our company and would place the company in financial trouble should he not be able to attend to his job. Replacing him at this point is not an option. Our hope is to request that his possible 45 day sentence be served on weekends. Questions- Is this possible, what is it called, what would we include in the body of a letter for him to present in court for sentencing?
