Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada
my boyfriend married hios wife to bring her to canada, however thing aren't working out but he is scared to divorce her because she might go on social assistance which he will have to pay back. in april it will be 3 year since she has been in canada therefore she can appy for her citizenship. what should he do?
