Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada

In land Canada spousal immigration

Kind souls please help! I am on WP in Canada and marrying a PR. I plan to apply Inland Canada Spousal.

1) Ive heard that theres no system for appeal if I apply InCanada. I'm nervous filling out the forms, Our marriage is 1000% genuine, will be supplying tons of proof. Still if I unintentionally do something wrong while filling out the forms, would it be termed misrepresenation? So how can I fight that, can we not appeal to fight the rejected inland case in court or somewhere else? Is CICofficers decision final? What is the way out?

2) If my application is rejected then can I apply through outside canada route from my home country, or does one rejection mean I can't apply ever again?

3) Background form: Ive been associated with a few organisations they r legitimate, clean record,I never held any office or position or even membership there, but attended their events like dinners as a guest, then shud I mention the name in organisation column in the form? Or shud I just mention the orgs I was actually a member of? What if they later on during the background check say that I am being rejected because I withheld information, wud I get a chance to present my case and explain it to them I was not directly involved?Help Please

I have read your e-mail. Unfortunately, our firm cannot help you with your case, we don't handle Canadian greencards, only U.S. permanent residency, visa issues, etc.
