Legal Question in Employment Law in Canada

How I can pay the freelance worker who works in Canada.

I posted one question about hiring a data entry worker in Canada to help on one of my project before. I probably did not make it clear that I dont want to bring this worker to US. The work can be done remotely by emailing the document. It some how like off shoring IT works that big company do only I am an independent contractor. My question is how I can pay the freelance worker who works for me in Canada? Thanks in advance!

How do you pay her(this Canadian worker) you ask? What's wrong with a mailed check or even a disbursement over the Internet via PayPal?
