Legal Question in Personal Injury in Canada

car accident injury

I was in a car accident in January 2001. The accident was not our fault the person drove through a stop sign and hit into us. The accident resulted in an injury to the muscles in my back and I have been going to phisiotheraphy since. The person that was driving the other car did not have any insurance and was driving illegally. Our insurance company has been covering the cost of my treatments and medications (a clause in our policy no fault insurance).Other than that we have not recieved any compensation. Do I have other options?

Re: car accident injury

You can make an uninsured motorist claim under your policy if you have that type of coverage. Check and let me know.
