Aunt Had No Will

Aunt passed away in 1976. No children and no knowledge of her third husband or his family. Do we nieces and nephews have any way of claiming her estate?

Possibly you have a claim, if the estate is undistributed. It depends on who was alive of her next of kin in the jurisdiction in which she died or had assets. You need a formal legal opinion based on the facts.
