If California commericil code is appointed to apply in other nations according to the conflict rule, is it necessary that there is a Californian lawyer present in that nation to give precise and comprehensive interpretation of the specific Californian law?

If the case is tried in China (mainland),it is not necessary that a Californian lawyer appear in the court to interpret the Californian law.
