Legal Question in Consumer Law in China

i received an email from a friend for a web-site of an overseas company that sells very cheap named brand electrontrics. The web-site is peakseas68.com, my question is how do i know if the company is legitimate?

You can verify the company's register information in the government department which in charge of industry and commerce administration .
