Legal Question in Family Law in China

Can i sue my mom for not giving me what i feel is a suitable education while i was underage? We are American.

After my older brother and sister graduated college my mother brought me to China when i was about 15 (2000). She came for adopting a child which she only mentioned after the fact. She sent me to a Chinese local high school which was obviously not where foreigners go to school, not obvious to a 15 year old, but in America she was an education consultant. She knew i was getting bad grades in school even in America. She sent the adopted girl to international school and gave her in comparison a lavish life style. She originally gave me an allowance substandard even for Chinese families, unless you figure in migrant workers, later i just didnt ask her for much, i ended up working a couple months after that.

I'm afraid you can't sue your mum under PRC law, because you're a foreigner, who are not the subjects entitled to be educated for a statutory period.
