Legal Question in Employment Law in China
Dear Respectable sir,
I am Kathiravel Surendran , and Sri lankan , working as a manger Guanzhou , China , I have been working in this company move than one year , During this time the comapny faild to do all promisses which they have all ready promised in the interviw penal. They do not give salary on time and treat me like a sleve , finaly I took decission to go back to my country and asked them to release me . Than after they took my pass port and keep their custady and keep my three months salary , saying that they have deduced for the air tick expence , but sitll they did not take air ticket for me. What should I do ? please advise me

write certified mail to them and get a certified reply of what is their stand. Make police report. They dont have the right to keep yr passport and why they will get the ticket?
Report to the local Labor Department.The government will order your employer to pay your salary and return your passport.
