Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado
My bank merged with another bank. The bank sent out a notice providing one of my vendors with the new routing number. The vendor got the routing number wrong and payments went to someone elses account at the bank. what is my legal recourse? Who do I pursue for the money - the bank, the vendor or the person who's account got the money?

An attorney will tell you the vendor made the mistake and presumably is the one who owes you the money. The vendor is the right party to pursue. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
