Legal Question in Business Law in Colorado

Hello,

I have a client who is requesting a full refund for exhibiting at a tradeshow my company put on. He's unhappy with the low attendance numbers at the show. There is a contract that he signed stating that he understands we cannot control the amount of people who will attend. In good faith, we offered him free entrance to the next show. He is now requesting a full disclosure of financial information regarding the show. Do I have an obligation to disclose that to him?

Unless your contract provides that he gets that right, no you don't have an obligation. Now, if he sues they can get that information as part of discovery.
