Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

sixth amendent dinied by judge

got denied a trial by jury because the court said it too expensive for us to set up, in your case because even if you found 100% guilty by jury your charge will not allow you to go to jail.

Re: Sixth Amendent right to Counsel denied by Judge

There is no absolute right to a trial by jury if you do not face more than 6 months in a local jail, or state prison. It doesn't however stop you from hiring your own lawyer which given the severity of the crime probably is not going to cost too much.

Good luck.
