employee fraud at verizon
My cell phone and e-mail account has been accessed by an employee at verizon wireless. My account information has been used to threaten and harass me. Where do I start to instigate an internal investigation and file charges?

Go through Verizon management and keep detailed records of when you call, how long, who you talk to, what they say and you say, etc. If this doesn't work, get an attorney admitted in CO.
