Our professional wedding photographer lost ALL of our wedding photos. She is offering us a refund of her fee but no other compensation. Are we entitled to additional fees?

Possibly. You might consider asserting a claim for negligence and demand additional compensation for "pain and suffering." I cannot imagine how painful it would be to have all of your wedding pictures lost, therefore a jury will probably be very sympathetic.
