Collecting on judgments

How do I go about collecting on judgments I have against my ex-husband who lives in Colorado. I live in Las Vegas NV. The judgments were handed down through the clark county family court's. They are for back taxes, reposessed car and lawyer fee's

I assume your husband does not have assets in Nevada. I also assume he is employed in Colorado. Therefore, you need to have the existing Nevada judgment registered by a Colorado court. You can then execute on his non-exempt assets located in Colorado. You can also garnish wages payable to your husband by a Colorado employer.
