Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

addressing legal problem remotely

My husband I reside outside of CO but my husband has 3 outstanding warrants from Adams County: 1 for posession of a controlled substance (the pipe only - no additional drugs), 1 for failure to appear and 1 for failure to comply ( I belive the last two are a result of the first). The arrest and warrants are from 2001 and my husband has been clean ever since. Is there any way to get this resolved remotely?

Need to have an attorney file a motion to quash the bench warrant. He may have to come back for 1 appearance in front of the Judge. The Judge may not waive all appearances even with an attorney.

Your husband will eventually have to appear in court in Adams count. If your husband wants to plea bargain the cases, an attorney can work out a deal so he only needs to come one time for the final resolution. Good luck.
