Not being able to afford your attorney

my attorney has recieved an tenative offer from the prosecutor but said he was dropping my case because i can't afford to pay. what happens now?

Re: Not being able to afford your attorney

(1) get a copy of the offer; (2) take it to another attorney; (3) ask your bar association for references to a lawyer who will handle your case at a reduced fee, or (4) contact the public defender.

Whatever you do do not allow the offer to go unexamined and/or unresponded to within a reasonable time.
