Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I got angry at an ex and said some harsh words to her when I discovered she was playing me and sleeping around. I stopped contact with her alothough I refered to her as several bad names to her close friends. Several weeks later she claims I have been prank calling her although I never did. I said some harsh words to her again. Her friend began threatening to call the cops on me for harrasment although I didn't initiate the incident. Am I in legal danger? I just became an adult and don't want this on a permanent record.
