Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
what can i do about my bench warrant because i can still be arrested before or when i go to court on Dec. 15th. I forgot my court date was yesterday and thought it was tommorrow so thats why i have this bench warrant. The problem is that i have court on Dec.12 for 2 other warrants i got bonded out on and have to speak to the DA. I don't want to go back to jail and i need help.

Warrants are an area where you must have counsel OR face arrest. Hire counsel ASAP.
