Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
My boyfriend was charged with criminal mischief and and assault. I dont want him to go to jail. He has never been in trouble before. What can I do?

First, he has to NOT PLEAD GUILTY. Then get an attorney and set this matter for trial.
