Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

My boyfriend was recently arrested in colorado, for warrents in missouri we understand everything about the case but is there anyway to waiver his expedition so he can stay in colorado? PLEASE PLEASE HELP

I assume you mean "extradition" instead of "expedition." Waiving extradition means that he consents to Missouri coming to get him. Colorado's role is limited to holding him for Missouri and/or turning him over to Missouri if Missouri gets a Governor's Warrant or your BF waives extradition. You can usually get a bond set so that you can get him out and he can turn himself in to Missouri and save him an expensive, uncomfortable, and humiliating ride.

The answer to your exact question depends entirely on Missouri. If his Missouri attorney can talk Missouri into that, then yes. Otherwise no. And usually with a felony complaint the answer is no.
