Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Hi. I was charged with possesion of marijuanna about three years ago and shortly after i plead guilty and was sentenced to 2 years probation with deferred judgement. I was on probation for 6 months and was told by probation to go back to court. When i got there the District Attorney and Judge said i was to withdraw my plea because i am not elgible for drug court. I was not allowed to speak with public defender or anything. I withdrew my plea and was sent to district court where i had to plead guilty again with no deffered judgement. I told a friend about this and she imformed me of "Double Jeprody" Is this Double Jeprody and if so can i do anything about it?

you may be able to withdraw your plea and start over, if you like, give me a call and I would be glad to discuss your options. Good luck.
