Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

My girlfriend and I got arrested about a year and half ago for controlled substance .We recieved a three year defered sentance. My girlfriend just got arrested again just based on somone's hersay. They did not search her or her house,they did not find anything.They based every thing on what this person told them.She is going to trial in a couple of days.They have not give any info. on who this person is or what she or he said.We were told if they do not disclose who her accuser is ,with in ten days of trial the case could get dissmised is this true?

Testimony based on a confidential informant should be disclosed prior to trial. A proper motion to compel the disclosure should have been filed.
