What does it take to get a Dv case dismissed. If there is no evidence, no statement, witness does not want to testify, no pictures, how can this case be dismissed without going to trial.

If there is no evidence, the DA will drop the case on his or her own accord. They may threaten or cajole you to try and make you plea, but if there truly is no evidence, it'll never go to trial.
