Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

I sent out my job verification to the courts or old judge that handled my case and have proof that shows I sent it out but they say they didn't receive it now I have a warrent. Can I provied the proof to stay out of having to serve those days and have the warrent removed without having to fly back to the state and handle it?

I would suggest filing a "Motion to Quash Arrest Warrant." You would need to provided some background of the case, case number, plea date, requirements, etc. Then provide both proof of your job and the proof that you had previously provided it. If the time of probation, supervised or unsupervised, also request the case be closed.
