Need Legal Advice
Not charged with anything just being
questioned about a a break in and
they wont stop trying to question my
friends as well who dont even know
the person that was supposidly
broken into.. How to we stop the
police from threats of getting court
orders for there DNA and harassing
them at their place of work. I have
already talked to the police. Please
can you give me some legal advice as
to what I should do?

Simply don't talk with the police, and tell your friends, if they have even the slightest reason to believe they are suspects, to do the same.
