how can I get the D.A. and Judge to lift the order of me wearing an anckle braclet because of the cost increase it would have on me if I moved out of state.

If I were doing it, I would file a motion to modify that clearly laid out the alternative which you seek. SO: find an alternative. Pitch it to the court. Good luck.
