Phone death threat

I was recently called from my friends phone in Colorado Springs, and it wasn't her it was a guy threatening that he was going to murder me and cut me up and eat me like sushi. I have two messages now saying he is going to kill me and my family. Who should I contact about this? And what can the person who threatened me be charged with? also what can my friend be charged with cuz i asked if she knew who it was and she said didnt know who it was

You can report this to the police in the jurisdition that the call from, or the jurisdition that the call was made to. You can also contact the DA in either location. The easiest may be to seek a "protective order". Actually, that may be the most direct action to take.

1) Benihana's

2) The police
