Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

my probation is being revoked on a felony defered sentence for missing a few domestic violence classes due to money. ive only missed 3 out of the 15 i have to take. i also missed a few UA's due to money but have never had a possitive drug screen come up. i have a really good job and would like to keep it. what can i do to insure no jail time and get ankle monitoring?

The big problem here is the deferred sentence. If the deferred is revoked, a felony conviction will enter against you. You will be a convicted felon... even if you get probation again. Then there is the chance of prison time. That is something much worse than jail time. Hire an attorney to get with your PO, the DDA, and the Court. Get someone who knows deferred sentences and probation. You need someone who knows how very important this stage is. Good luck.
