I am curently servving a comunitty corections sence that i have been serving for over a year now i have been secusful and doing all things i am supossed to do is is posible to take my case back to court for a reconsideration or get my sentence sorttenned

Usually, you only have 120 days from sentencing to request reconsideration. However, we may be able to get your case back before the Court if the community corrections sentence was a condition of probation.
