Is it possible to suppress past arrests in a trial? If so, how can we go about this.

Arrests of who? Defendant? Witness? What about convictions or prior bad acts under CRE 404(b)? Are you trying to supress presentation of priors to the jury, to the prosecution or to the Court? It sounds like you need a lawyer.
