Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

I need to get a divorce in clorado but I live in Iowa

I was married in nov of 03. We really didn't live together for long at all,I have been trying to divorce my wife for a good amount of time now but she is involved in drugs and criminal activities, which is making it hard. I went to iraq and while over there I tried to get a divorce thru a legal service but My wife failed to file all the paper work and it was dropped. I now live in Iowa with the woman I want to marry but can't because my wife is so hard to find. I am sure if i was to get a hold of her she would not contest to a divorce. We have no children or possesions together. what steps do i need to take to get this divorce started and over with? And how much might it cost me?

If you have lived in Iowa for a year the courts here have jurisdiction. Otherwise you might have to get the job done by remote control.
