Legal Question in Family Law in Colorado

My spouse has decided to change locks without my permission. We both are on the deed and on the mortgage. I have no restraints from being at the property. Live in Colorado. Does she have legal grounds to do this?

if you are in a divorce case there may be an injunction against it. if you are not - you may want to file a case soon.

It sounds like you may need to get an attorney involved. If you want our office to help with your case - we have the ability to set you up with a payment plan up to 12 months or to finance your legal fees to help you out.
