Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Colorado

Incompleted construction

I need to know if my problem is one for Small Claims Court and if so how do I proceed. Builder suppose to replace 14 ft wood fence w/gate and clean up. Left all old fence and concrete and gate does not close. Will not finish after 6 wks. I am 79 yrs.woman but have cleaned up most but cannot make the fence close. Adde cost for some c/u.

That sounds like something small claims would be more cost effective to do than hiring a lawyer. On the other hand, if you think a letter from a lawyer threatening legal action will cause the contractor to do his job, then it might be more cost effective to hire a lawyer.
