Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

Dear sir/madam

I am a dual citizen Germany and USA. i want to bring my fiancé in USA under fiancé visa.but problem is my fiancé is a Indian and he is staying illegal in France .would u can tell me any way to bring my fiance in USA as soon as possible . please

You can file a K-1 petition but he will have to procure the visa from his home country.

You may file the K-1 visa. However, the interview itself will be in India since those illegally residing in France cannot interview for visas at the US embassy.
