Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

K1 visa

I obtained a K1 visa meeting a girl online from CO.After selling all my goods in Spain l arived in US and things with her are not like l thought.She did start so see her -ex boyfriend and our relationship got really cold.She even don t want to talk about getting married anymore.I don t want to live the country either,I LOVE USA.and i want to live here.So,what is your advice ? How can l stay here without getting married with her,because most likely she does not want to marry me anymore? Do l have any chance to stay here ? thanks soo much for your help and thanks for understanding me adrian

Dear Adrian,

Sorry to break this to you, but you CAN NOT stay in the US if you don’t get married within 90 days. Staying in the US beyond this period would make you an “illegal alien.”
