Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

hello

would like to know what happens to people that were in a imigration detention center and were granted by the judge to leave the state voluntary what is the punishment for them? how long does a person cant come back? is it a time like 10 yrs for all or does it depend on the case of every people?

Each person's situation must be looked at individually. Look at the court paper. It will tell you time within which you must leave. Sometimes, it's possible to do other immigration processes and not leave, but you can't just ignore a voluntary departure order without repercussions.
