How much is the J1 Visa ( 18 month) and how long time takes the paperwork? Have I to have at first an employer?

To get the J-1 you will need to approach a J-1 sponsoring organization (we refer to them as "umbrella organizations"). The umbrella organization has its own fees for the J-1 process. To read about the J-1 you can visit travel.state.gov.
