Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Colorado

online photos

My exboyfriend has an album of photos he took of me (some are nude) and has them stored on his website. Anyone who has access to his website could view them. Do I have a legal means to have these photos removed from his website and the internet?

If you didn't sign any agreements with him about the photos, then yes. The hosting company/registrar should respond to a treat letter from an attorney about this. My firm focuses on Internet and entertainment law; so I do a number of these types of things.
