Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado
I work for a independent general contractor. I am on salary, yearly I am to be paied $60, 000. My boss hasn't paied me in 3 months. I dont know if I can turn him into the labor board because he is on a 1099 tax form.

You need to speak with an attorney because you need to follow certain procedures which could allow you to claim for three times the amount due.
