I am sorry for the problems. As a legal matter, the landlord and the roommate have opened themselves up to any number of claims. Depending on the facts there may be claims for breach of contract, wrongful eviction, conversion, emotional distress, so on. You must contact an attorney to protect your rights. If you cannot afford an attorney (around poverty level) you should contact Colorado Legal Services. Here is their website http://www.coloradolegalservices.org/co/index.cfm.

Contact an attorney as soon as possible. I hope the information was useful and I wish you the best.
