Lease agreement
My x boyfriend and I moved into an apartment both signing the lease agreement. He's been sentenced for a crime in which he's going to prison. Can I be held responsible for the entire amount owed if I need to break the lease agreement?

Yes, you are responsible. You are considered jointly and severally liable for the lease.
