I have a case with the a district court in colorado. there have been so many administrative errors it is now at the point of ridiculous. lost paperwork such as my replys to motions, lost paperwork by the court for my request for postponement, misplaced documents being docketed late/incorrectly, and my ex-husbands lawyer lieing about not being notified about a motion when he was notified 4 times. I have written to the judge/magistrate and now have written to the court administrator, but have not even received a reply. however i have documented proof via certified mail/fax and phone call verification etc. that these items were received by the court. but they were never submitted in a timely manner(in time for the hearing) or they were not submitted at all. what is my recourse against the court itself? please help.......this is herendous.

Contact the CO Bar Association. They will direct you to the appropriate office for judicial misconduct.
