Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

Attacked while in a casino

While visiting a casino sitting on a stool playing video poker I was struck violently in the upper middle of my back by a thoroughly intoxicated individual. This has caused major pain and nerved damage along with numbness down the right side of my neck and shoulder extending into my fingers. I recently had surgery involving C-3,4,5,6,7 with hardware installed. I have had continuous headaches since this incidence. I filed a report while at the casino. They were unable to apprehend the individual and let him get out of the casino. Now the risk manager there is refusing to pay the emergency room visit and the visit to my regular doctor to check for damage. What should I do since the risk manager claims that the casino has no negligence in this situation?

Thanks.
