Legal Question in Product Liability in Colorado

Property Loss

I left a company in Iraq about a year ago (I went on vacation and it was mutually decided that I would not return) and they said they would arrange transport of my personal belongings back to my home. Here it is 10 months later and they finally send my belongings home after 6 month but half of them are missing and of the remaining items half are ruined. What are my options?

Re: Property Loss

Be grateful you didn't return with half your limbs, and file suit against the company for your non-vital losses. If it's an American company, they may be willing to settle out of the pile of money they have made courtesy of the American invasion and project-rich destruction of the Iraqi infrastructure, in exchange for your not going to the press about their atrocious treatment of their own employees they gladly threw into harm's way.

Good luck.
