Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

Failure to disclose

Sellers lied on disclosure and purposly covered up problems that have cost us over $15,000.00 to correct. From water in the basement the first morning to structural problems with windows and doors and severe grading problems around house. There are many other problems to numerous to mention here. What is our recourse?
